Rental
Our backdrops and cutouts are for rental purposes only.
All backdrops and cutouts are based on availability.
Rental period is for one day only (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Delivery/set up will take place one day before the event and breakdown/return will take place the first working day after the event.
All local bookings must be received a minimum of five working days before an event and ten working days for national delivery.
Same day deliveries can be arranged at surcharge and stock availability.
Customization
We offer basic to elaborate backdrops and cutouts. Customization is available so if you don’t see what you need, contact us to discuss your ideas with one of our expert raftsmen.
Setup and Breakdown
Our backdrops and cutouts vary in set up structure and might require more than one person. Please check each individual item for details.
SA Backdrops can setup and breakdown for events in Gauteng only.
Delivery/set up will take place one day before the event and breakdown/return will take place the first working day after the event.
Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday l8am – 5pm (unless otherwise agreed upon).
National deliveries can be arranged for rental / decor companies with own frames (upright and bases) and a setup/breakdown team.
Chargers
Our charges are based on the size and finishing of the backdrop and cutouts. Please check each individual item for details.
The prices on our website exclude delivery/return and setup/breakdown (if required) charges.
Collection and drop-off can be arranged from our warehouse in Lanseria free of charge.
Local delivery and returns will be quoted for based on kilometers travelled.
For any national deliveries, our courier partners will assist, and the quote will be based on weight and dimension.
Payment in full secure your booking.
A R 1,000 refundable deposit (per backdrop) is required for damaged/lost/breakages.
